Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. We can take responsibility for a defined area, support a project or add capacity to your internal team. Responsibilities are agreed in advance.
How do you prepare a quotation?
We consider devices, users, locations, support needs and your existing environment. The proposal separates one-off work from ongoing services.
Do you provide on-site support?
On-site work and travel arrangements are agreed for each project. Many tasks can also be handled remotely.
